Cancellation Policy

Please contact us to change your booking time. Preferably within 24 hours of your booking date. Our one hour studio and online consultations are free. Any further studio consultations prior to placing your order are charged at R100 per 30 minutes. For large groups of over 4 people an additional free 45 minutes will be granted. These charges are not for fitting appointments for our custom clients. Contact us if you have any questions.
