Order Inquiries
Please note all apparel is made to order, we do not keep stock as all garments are made to measure. It is very important that you follow the HOW TO MEASURE GUIDE carefully and send the correct measurements. Please do not add or subtract from your actual measurements. This may result in a garment that doesn't fit you properly.

Cancellations of orders to please be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Your refund will be processed within 7 days.

After placing your order, take your measurements and send this to us by responding to your Order Confirmation Email. We are working to get this process more streamlined, don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Once your order is complete a photo will be sent of your dress(es) on the dummy adjusted to measurements sent. You can read more about HOW IT WORKS here.

Our colours are updated every year and the shade may vary from a different slightly from batch to batch. If you are ordering as a bridesmaid and need the colour to match perfectly to another bridesmaid that has ordered with us or previously, please do let us know so we can make sure the fabric comes from the same batch.

Lead Time & Shipping
Once the order has been placed, payment and all measurements received, we will complete and send your order within 2-3 weeks. Should you require this sooner please send your request via the CONTACT page or email Ineke@lolawilde.co.za or send us a
WhatsApp.

For orders within South Africa we use The Courier Guy for cities and small town deliveries. For outlying areas like a farm address, we will make use of a Pudo locker or Postnet to Postnet service, this will be confirmed once the order is placed and address received.

Gauteng R100
National: R160
Free shipping for orders over R6000. In RSA only and one delivery destination.
Please ensure that all information given to us is correct. Should you need to change your delivery address just log in to your account and update your details. Alternatively contact us with the new address before your order is complete.

Our studio is based in Parktown-North Johannesburg, you may also choose to collect your order. We will notify you when it is ready for collection and to arrange a time.

Returns & Exchanges
For any queries or concerns for an order received please get in touch via the CONTACT page or email Ineke@lolawilde.co.za with your order number.

If the incorrect measurements have been sent, you will not be able to return the garment and get a full refund. However we will assist in exchanging this for you, but there might be a surcharge for any alterations or new dress that may have to be made. The surcharge will be quoted when all information has been received. We will always endeavour to help our clients as much as we possibly can. Please note there will also be a courier charge for returning the garment to us.

If the mistake is on our side, we will ensure that all issues are rectified and will arrange a courier at our cost to collect the garment. Please return the garment to us in the same condition you received it and unworn.
​
Kindly do notify us of any issues within 5 days of receiving your order, this way we can sort out any problems asap and have your garment ready in time for that special occasion.
​
Any refunds processed will exclude delivery charges.
