How long will my order take?

All local orders will arrive within 2-4 working days provided that the product is in stock. Courier charge is R100 or free for orders over R4000. Please allow for 6-8 weeks for products that are made to order. Please note this is subject to stock availability. International orders please email directly. 

What is your exchange policy?

It is really important to us that you are happy with your order. If you are not entirely satisfied we will exchange your order within 2 weeks of delivery. Please note that the item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the swing tag attached. To request an exchange please email with your order number. We are able to arrange a collection of your exchange from your door. Your item will then be delivered to you at a service fee of R75 after your returned item has been received. Please note we are not able to do exchanges on international orders.

What is your return policy?

We have a 15 day return policy for national orders. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with a swing ticket attached. To request a return, please email with your order number. Once the return items have been received and checked we will arrange for a refund to be made. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if there is something wrong with your order. Regrettably no returns on international orders.

What if goods are damaged?

If you received a damaged or defective product, email with your order number and a photo of the garment. We will arrange your return /  exhchange.
