How it Works
Here is all the info you need to know before ordering and how the process works. If you'd like to chat to us before ordering please make a booking and we can meet with you in person or arrange a zoom call. We can help guide you and answer any questions you make have. The Process
Here is the low down on how it works and what to expect during the process. This will also help put your mind at ease, don't worry we got this!
Browse
Click on the SHOP page and browse the full collection. Some items are available in a few different fabrics. The fabric name will be in brackets in the head title of product. More information on the fabrics will be given on the product page. You can also order a swatch card before you proceed with your order.
Choose
Select your style, fabric and colour. You may also be given other options like skirt style or strap detail, this will vary from style to style. If you are ordering for your bridesmaids please add their name to the required field. If you are only ordering for yourself you may leave this field blank. If you are ordering as a bridesmaid and need the colour to match perfectly to another bridesmaid that has ordered with us or previously, please do let us know so we can make sure the fabric comes from the same dye lot.
Checkout
Double check your selection. Add delivery details and make payment. You may also opt to pay via EFT. Shipping rates : GAUTENG R100 - NATIONAL R160 - FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER R6000. Read more about our shipping policy here.
Measure
Go to the HOW TO MEASURE page and follow the instructions for the measurements required. You will also receive an email reminding you to do so. If your order is for your bridesmaids or a group of you, each person may choose to send their measurements separately. They will just need to quote your order number. So the measurements can be allocated to the correct order/person.
Leadtime
Your order will take 2-3 weeks to complete and be ready to ship. Please note this is from when all measurements have been received and payment made. Should you need this sooner let us know and will make it happen for you!
Photos
Once your order is complete each dress will be checked on an adjustable dummy to your / bridesmaid's exact measurements. Photos will be sent to your WhatsApp number or email if you do not have WhatsApp.
Ship
We will then ship your order and notify you of the waybill and ETA. Should there be any problems with your order we are only a phone call away and will always help to sort it out. Read more about our STORE POLICY here.
